Kolb Grading was awarded mass earthwork and soil stabilization for a greenfield hyperscale data center campus in Warrenton, Missouri, about an hour west of St. Louis.
Crews moved more than 1.67 million cubic yards with Kolb’s scraper fleet, stabilized and processed fill to build the pads, and constructed site access roads with gravel surfacing. Erosion control and seeding keep the site in compliance through construction.
