Jeff started in the field and worked his way through every level of Kolb Grading. As President and part of the second generation of family leadership, he sets the company’s direction and has expanded its reach into mission-critical and infrastructure work nationwide. He leads with the values his parents built the company on: accountability, strong relationships, and quality work.

David leads project pursuit, estimating oversight, and client relationships at Kolb Grading. He works with owners, developers, and engineers from early feasibility through contract, using value engineering and careful planning to reduce risk before work begins. His efforts have helped Kolb win complex projects across the country, including data centers, renewable energy sites, and large commercial developments.

Stephen oversees financial strategy, accounting, and risk management at Kolb Grading. Before joining Kolb, he was a partner at BDO USA, where he advised privately held businesses and developers. He later held executive finance roles in real estate development. Stephen earned his accounting degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and serves on the advisory board of UMB Bank.

Deanna leads recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and culture for Kolb Grading’s growing national workforce. She brings a long career in human resources, corporate staffing, and workforce development, including HR leadership roles in construction and development. Her people-first approach helps Kolb attract, develop, and keep the crews and staff that make the work possible.

Angie runs Kolb Grading’s internal operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and rock and haul accounting. She works closely with project teams, vendors, and customers to keep financial reporting accurate and processes efficient. Angie also serves on Kolb’s Strategic Council, where she helps leadership with long-term planning and process improvement.

Tom leads Kolb Grading’s safety programs, training, jobsite inspections, and regulatory compliance on projects nationwide. He works with field crews, project managers, and leadership to plan safety into every job from the start. His approach focuses on education, accountability, and clear communication, so every employee can spot hazards and get home safely each day.

Quentin started at Kolb Grading as a water truck operator, then moved into dispatch, where he coordinated crews, equipment, and resources. Today he oversees the company’s facilities, equipment support, and operational infrastructure. After his entire career with Kolb, he knows every part of the business, and his path from the field to leadership shows how people grow here.
