Kolb Grading installed 50,000 linear feet of fusion-welded HDPE pipe for the Valley View Pipeline in Missouri. The route crosses open pastureland, where crews fused the pipe into long strings and trenched it into place with a Vermeer T655 trencher.
Fused joints turn the HDPE into one continuous, leak-resistant line, which suits long rural runs like this one and keeps the number of connections to a minimum.
