Kolb Grading was selected by JHB Properties Inc. to perform grading and excavation for The Arbors at Meramec Bluffs in Ballwin, Missouri. The work involved clearing and grubbing over 15 acres, drilling and shooting rock, rock and retaining-wall excavation, and undercutting to place a clay liner in a pond.
