Kolb Grading was awarded two contracts at the St. Louis Mills Mall site. First, Kolb cleared and demolished the site before the Mills Partnership purchased 835+ acres for the mall; the partnership then engaged Kolb for excavation and utility installation. The work included moving 2,500,000 cubic yards of dirt, sanitary, storm, and water installation, dewatering, temporary haul roads, and soil stabilization with fly ash.
