Kolb Grading helped construct Old Hickory Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course designed by P.B. Dye that opened in 2002 with 6,850 yards of play. Kolb provided survey and layout, project management and cost controls, shaping and finish grading, subgrade, trail preparation, and project documentation.
