Kolb Grading performed work in Nederland, Texas, for the Enbridge Pipeline. The scope included topsoil stripping, scarifying and re-compacting, building-pad undercut and on-site cut, lime-stabilized subgrade, 30,000 square feet of 60-mil HDPE liner, import and compaction, and a flared end with concrete toe, a project also recognized through employee certification and safety awards.
