Kolb Grading joined a partnership forming Page Constructors, which in 2013 was awarded Phase 3 of the Missouri Route 364 Page Avenue Extension. The design-build scope included unclassified excavation, more than 11 miles of new four-lane roadway, structures and box culverts, a new interchange at Route K, and connections to the existing road, all sequenced to minimize construction impact.
