Kolb Grading was selected by Clayco to perform grading and foundation preparation for the Coleman building at the Midwest Commerce Center in Gardner, Kansas. The work included clearing and grubbing over 38 acres, 500,000 cubic yards of excavation, a 1,000,000-square-foot subgrade building pad, parking-lot subgrade, soil stabilization with lime slurry, and retaining-wall over-dip.
