Kolb Grading was hired by Artisan Residential Services to develop the third phase of Mason Glen Estates. After clearing most of the site, Kolb graded it on schedule and on budget, performing 79,000 cubic yards of onsite cut, over 8 acres of clearing and grubbing, temporary sediment basins, a construction entrance, and erosion control.
