Kolb Grading partnered with Alberici on the Linville Dam embankment improvement for Duke Energy in Morganton, North Carolina. The work included 375,000 cubic yards of borrow excavation, rock excavation, rock-lined ditches and stability berms, slope drains with a cast-in-place structure, over 7,000 tons of filter material, and rock check dams, with erosion control, access-road maintenance, and daily reporting.
