Kolb Grading was awarded the utility and pump-station contracts for the 800-acre Lakeside (Park) 370 recreational and business park off Highway 370 in St. Peters, Missouri. The work included storm sewers across the entire site, Class III RCP, sanitary and water installation, custom-built pumps and electrical units, pump-station construction, and access and temporary roads.
