Kolb Grading was selected by Winger to perform a water-main extension at the Iowa Fertilizer Plant under strict guidelines and a tight schedule. The scope included excavating and installing over 32,000 feet of 24- to 30-inch HDPE pipe, 44 thrust anchors, road crossings, private-land excavation and restoration, wetland protection, and fire hydrant assembly and installation.
