Kolb Grading joined a data center campus in Haskell, Texas, as a site support contractor with a limited scope. Based on the team’s communication and performance, the joint venture general contractor went on to award Kolb all of the supporting site contracts.
Kolb’s expanded scope covers finish grading, offsite access roads, asphalt paving, and water, sanitary, storm, and fire lines. Crews also excavate and backfill for mechanical work, footings, and electrical duct bank, and manage gravel surfacing and site logistics.
