Cottleville Holdings selected Kolb Grading as general contractor to build Frankie Martin’s Garden, an outdoor entertainment and athletic venue on a former farm in Cottleville, Missouri. Kolb demolished the old farm structures while rehabilitating the site’s historic farmhouse.
Crews installed gas lines for the fire pits, turf area, and pergolas, along with water, storm, and sanitary lines and a turf drainage system. Kolb also built and finished the pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court with its own drainage system, rock walls, and asphalt pavement.
