Kolb Grading was contracted to construct a detention area and future limestone haul road at the Ameren Coffeen Power Station. Working in unsuitable conditions, Kolb built the limestone haul and lay-down area, created the detention area, and performed clearing, grubbing, and fence removal, a temporary sediment trap, and area grading with run-off pond construction.
